You are right on point that we can get additional funding to address the climate crisis by reducing the military budget. And by looking for better alliances and a more collaborative world, less military operations equals less fossil fuels used.

CO2 is 0.1-0.4% of the atmosphere. Human activity contributes just 14% to the 0.1-0.4%. It is a joke to think we do anything to the climate or that we can affect a change. The fact that receding glaciers reveal plants & trees prove the earth was hotter long before human activity
