The greatest tragedy in human history would be our willfully ignoring the realities of this moment.
We are broken. As a society, as a people, as a species bringing our very home to the precipice of collapse, we are broken. We have the resources - natural and technological - to thrive. Yet we squander it all. 🧵 (1/14)

We are brocken because our god or mother nature is money. Governments allow the destruction of the planet so politicians can be re elected, or to gain power against other countries

Some important points to agree with there, but climate crisis extremism is a show stopper for me now. Far greater is the risk of authoritarian takeover justified by climate hype. The proof is clear in the way our elites reacted to covid – the most concerning reality.

This is confusing nonsense. The climate stuff is a distraction from the rest. The rich will use it as an excuse to turn off everyone _else's_ power. China and India are not going to listen to you to leave their people in poverty. Try something that can work.

Yes indeed; we should be pulling together to ensure that we manage our ecological dangers, yet we are not seeing enough mental focus to get our priorities straight. We should be supporting efforts to rehydrate our continents and not allowing floodwater to be wasted. nitter.vloup.ch/manifesto2000/st…

Reality is an hallucination caused by an alcohol and drug deficiency. We are broken because of the greed and corruption of our elected officials.

Why are we broken? The Democratic Party, that's why. I've read your books and love your spiritual intelligence, but your constant political defense of the very people and party that got us into this mess is misguided
