Cluster bombs should never be deployed. They violate any humane standards of war.

Cluster munitions are illegal under international law. They scatter multiple (often unexploded) bombs over a wide area. Innocent people are still being killed by them in Vietnam 50 years after the war. This is why I am coleading an amendment with @SaraJacobsCA to block their sale.

AND there is no civilized way to mass murder people, which is what war is. Think about it. War itself should be outlawed, and the entire world collaborate to stop any aggressor. And collaborate to settle disputes and create conditions for peace and shared prosperity.

Humane war is an oxymoron . Russia's been using cluster munitions in Ukraine since 2014 . And they're using phosphorous weapons. Nobody said a peep about them until we decided to give Ukraine some . What's up with that ?
