Cluster bombs should never be deployed. They violate any humane standards of war.

Cluster munitions are illegal under international law. They scatter multiple (often unexploded) bombs over a wide area. Innocent people are still being killed by them in Vietnam 50 years after the war. This is why I am coleading an amendment with @SaraJacobsCA to block their sale.

"The Nation of War!!!" 🤬 ZERO military bases surround the US. 313 US military bases surround China! Could you even begin to imagine a single Chinese military base near the US?
