#Ukraine: A video of alleged usage of cluster munitions by the Russian army in North Saltivka residental area of #Kharkiv, near an "Equator" mall. Presumably, once again "Smerch" or "Uragan" submunition rockets were fired.

indeed. I agree with you, Miss Williamson. Supplying weapons to Ukraine is a terrible decision that will sacrifice many Ukrainian lives. Joe Biden is the one who led Russia and Ukraine to war, and he is the war criminal.
