Also, if you've suddenly only started to talk about cluster munition use now instead of the multiple times they've been used on civilian areas in Ukraine and Syria over the past decade, then its safe to assume your primary concern isn't cluster munition use.

Where have you been before? RUS is bombing UKR with missiles and warplanes the USA made Ukraine to give up to Russia in 1994. The Z army bombs Ukr cities using cluster, phosphorus and vacuum munitions since the beginning. There has been no word from you.
