They overturned Roe v. Wade. They ended Affirmative Action. Now they've rejected Biden's student loan forgiveness plan. Today's SCOTUS works to proactively diminish the rights and opportunities of the people of the United States. (Biden can get around this, by the way.) 1/2

As President, I will expand the Court if necessary. Nothing in the Constitution says it's limited to 9 justices. We must also introduce ethics rules for SCOTUS justices, and consider term limits. Our current SCOTUS has gone rogue in service to their corporatist sponsors.2/2

Please explain how any of those are diminishing rights and opportunities. Because not allowing people to murder, babies not allowing assholes to be racist and deny people for being white and Asian and telling people who willingly and knowingly took out loans. They must pay them back. Doesn't in any way shape or form diminish the right to opportunities of anyone. You're just mad that now you're having to live by the constitution

You are supporting misogyny—the male oppression of all women, @marwilliamson.
“A woman is anyone who says they’re a woman.” “No one is hurt” by women and girls no longer having the word to describe ourselves. “No one is hurt” by our erasure. “No one is hurt” by assimilating the sexes into one another and erasing the boundary around our sex. “This is just about freedom of expression.” “It’s not a big deal.” Not a big deal for women. Not a big deal for society or children. Men in women’s safe spaces and jails. Men in women’s sports. The erasure of females in language, including when it is language pertaining to our specific biology (even women pretending to be men are made invisible behind beards and are virtually silent in society). Men taking women’s scholarships in women’s universities. Men taking women’s positions in women’s colleges. Men taking women’s awards and accomplishments. Men’s sexual and violent crimes being registered as female crimes, including pedophilia. Men bullying, slandering, doxing, and getting women fired for calling out their massive gaslighting MRA campaign without any accountability. Men not only speaking over women, or for women, but now speaking as women. Men violating the physical integrity of female biology via technology. It’s “no big deal.” Piers Morgan clashes with female US presidential candidate over trans id... youtube.com/2oFFgQG5HiA via @YouTube @11thBlog

Nope, they preserved our rights by upholding the Constitution! Not all days with the SCOTUS are good days - but yesterday and today definitely are good days!

Thank goodness for the Supreme Court. It is undoing all the ideologically driven interpretation of rights, which are actually a denial of rights.
