They overturned Roe v. Wade. They ended Affirmative Action. Now they've rejected Biden's student loan forgiveness plan. Today's SCOTUS works to proactively diminish the rights and opportunities of the people of the United States. (Biden can get around this, by the way.) 1/2

As President, I will expand the Court if necessary. Nothing in the Constitution says it's limited to 9 justices. We must also introduce ethics rules for SCOTUS justices, and consider term limits. Our current SCOTUS has gone rogue in service to their corporatist sponsors.2/2

Keep on splitting the votes by introducing third-party candidate that will split the Democrat’s votes… and today’s decisions will be the rest of our lives for what we will get from this corrupted Supreme Court! Reality!

@marwilliamson why are you not pointing out that Biden took the path that was the easiest to overturn? He has the power to eliminate all student debt but he chose the easiest to overturn. It is almost like you are not really running against him. I am afraid you are Bernie 2.0.

You're gonna endorse him though

What right do you have to make someone else pay your debts? I didn’t read that in the constitution.

This thread is worth reading… ha… OK you can thank @JoeBiden The left has been bamboozled and distracted with a loan forgiveness that he knew was never coming…
Joe Biden, as Senator, made it nearly impossible to file bankruptcy for student loans in the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.

Why do we even have a Supreme Court, not one person that is honest trust that branch. There is no Justice in America, only a show. #6'Elon

This SCOTUS seems to be making decisions based upon Constitutional law rather than social justice goals.
