Today’s Supreme Court decision barring Affirmative Action in college admissions is an unfortunate step backward in America’s commitment to social justice. But the deeper problem is that such programs should have ever been necessary to begin with. 1/2

Systemic racism begins in early childhood in the United States, and dealing with it there is how we will override the deepening racial injustices only exacerbated by today’s decision. Unequal opportunity in childhood education is where the problem begins and where we will ultimately solve it. 2/2

My commitment is to radically increase America’s commitment to every American child - to make every public school a palace of learning, culture and the arts. 3/3

Your stance and this post strikes me as patronizing and the very essence of racism. You don't understand the nuances of the Hispanic cultures. Not all of us agree with politics where segregation is still rewarded.

Why do you keep ignorantly and hurtfully continue to accuse children of something that isn't even true and are unable to defend themselves against?

When AA was enacted, Asians were restricted from immigrating to this country. Sixty years later Asians are kept out of Harvard by AA.

No. We are solving it when little black and white boys and girls go to school together. It has already happened in many places and the kids blend and support each other. The BLM protests proved my point. We need more integration not less, until every subsequent generation evolves

I find it abhorrent that you think in today's day and age that Harvard would discriminate against minorities.

This was systemic racism
