Re the interview. Who is this candidate? She thinks if a man is physically smaller and tests that there is “no biological advantage” to competing with women (what does that even mean) then it should be fine. But what if a woman is physically smaller than most of her sex class? There is no other weaker category she can take advantage of existing to give her a competitive entry so why should there be for the man in the same situation???
