Item 1: The Army now has more four-star generals serving on active duty than the Army & Air Force combined had during WW II We currently have 1M people under arms In WWII we had 12M & less Generals Time to stop giving incompetents more money & hire better generals 馃獤馃惙#WarPigs

You have called for a military cut back of 20%. That takes us to the military budget of 2018. Not even close to enough.
