That system will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure the unholy alliance of government and corporate wealth is not disturbed. We have to be willing to go to any (peaceful) lengths to make sure it is.

You could actually name the individuals running and supporting that system right here and now, both politicians and corporate leaders and their businesses. It takes courage to name names instead of some vague "political system", which is nothing but men and women.

And the fact that by the 13th amendment, they can enslave anyone they decide is a felon. And as we have seen in the last few years especially, anything that actually poses a threat to the status quo is criminal.
