We don't have those things because we don't want those things. The last thing I would want is government ran health care. The more government gets involved the higher the cost.

Here's a new concern with Medicare for all. We saw what happened during covid. People discriminated against for declining to take injections. Would people lose coverage if they declined to take an experimental shot the way we saw over the last 3 years? There are still freaking colleges that have mandates for goodness sake. And this is coming from somebody who supports the concept Medicare for all/universal healthcare. But given what I've seen the last few years? I question anybody who hasn't consistently and loudly questioned the medical tyranny going on.
