Absolutely and has been for decades Before Pres Obama ppl got 0 even if could pay because of fake lying ins corp "preexisting conditions." Ppl should look up what ppl denied jobs due to, and pvt ins. Mundane nothing. Employers refused hire if ins corp not cover.
