Over the last few decades Americans have been played - trained to limit our political imaginations, simply accept what the system says we can have, enable our own abusers, and fall in line for whatever false narrative they spin in order to keep us in line. We can change this. My newest substack: open.substack.com/pub/marian…

Yes, but you are still a bit goofy and have no idea how to deal with Xi amd Putin. They will destroy you politically. Career bureaucrats will eat you alive. If you win…I wish you luck being more than a “rubber stamp”.

Love this in your substack: "Americans haven’t been asking for too much, we’ve been asking for too little." So true. It's time to stand up for ourselves.

Marianne, please do something to get more people to see and hear you. Run a national ad calling out Biden for all his false promises.

"Americans haven’t been asking for too much, we’ve been asking for too little. As Lincoln said, “As our case is new, we must think anew and act anew. And then we will save our country.”

Yeah, all sounds about right, but the problem I don’t see you addressing is: it’s easier to fool someone than convince them they’ve been fooled. You aren’t getting through to people because they’re still convinced subsistence is the only way, Americans LOVE their own stagnation.

Marianne, Have you considered working with others like Cornell West to have a coalition of candidates that can either win outright or play kingmaker and force progressive change by enabling the defeat of any unacceptable legislation 😏
