Given that establishment Dems have not provided a higher minimum wage, universal healthcare, paid family leave or a guaranteed living wage, establishment unions endorsing Biden makes no sense. If you don’t use your leverage you have no leverage. New Labor, I hope you do better.

I contacted my union rep about grievances with management. During this conversation she rushed & dismissed my concerns then proceeded to tell me she was personal friends with my store manager for over 30 years. Established boards have been infiltrated.

Much like the left in general, unions are ignored by the Dems because they act as a captive vote. You would think the large number of union votes that went to Trump in 2016 would be a wakeup call, but geriatric Dem leadership keeps their neoliberal policies.
