Nurses know there are enough nurses to safely staff our hospitals, there is just a lack of will on the part of the hospital industry because they put profits before patient care. It's time we make them care. We will not continue to be ignored. nationalnursesunited.org/pre…

Nurses in my area make great money but CNAs do not! The effect money has on mental health, and the amount of mental health it takes to be a CNA, and the amount of work the CNA is doing in comparison to the nurse, should be considered.
