No phrase has been used more manipulatively than "national security." How many imperialistic wars have been fought, millions of lives wasted, and fortunes squandered because we were led to believe it was for the sake of "national security?" Our military madness has not made us more secure; it has made us less secure. and it has weakened us in the eyes of the world. We need to redefine "national security." We will be *secure* when our access to health care is secure, our access to education is secure, our children's safety is secure, our way to make a living wage is secure, our access to housing is secure, the safety of our water and food are secure, and our democracy is secure. First we change the conversation; then we can start to change the world.

The promise of security for all the items you mentioned comes at a price. The price is those who "provide" those needed things must control you. Those who give up freedom for security will have neither.

It is time we rise out of “out of sight, out of mind” politics. It is time we secure our home and our people to values of true pride and moral courage. It is time we have a woman, a thought provoking voice, a free agent that cares about the people more than the system.

I would venture to say right now we are overusing “save our democracy” when everyone knows we are a constitutional republic and also “no one is above the law” bc clearly if your last name is not Trump, you can just get away with anything.

Our military has not made us secure - it has weakened us in the eyes of the world - We need to redefine NATIONAL SECURITY - We will be SECURE when our access to health care, education, children's safety, a living wage, adaquate housing, water safety and food safety is secure.

My vote for most manipulative phrase in American life is “earn a living”.

Cont’d 2: the fact that have already stated on air you use the platform of tic-tic is a red flag for conservatives to run like hell away from you. You are not in touch with the real issues that are unfolding, as so your efforts are a Pipe dream in my opinion.
