No phrase has been used more manipulatively than "national security." How many imperialistic wars have been fought, millions of lives wasted, and fortunes squandered because we were led to believe it was for the sake of "national security?" Our military madness has not made us more secure; it has made us less secure. and it has weakened us in the eyes of the world. We need to redefine "national security." We will be *secure* when our access to health care is secure, our access to education is secure, our children's safety is secure, our way to make a living wage is secure, our access to housing is secure, the safety of our water and food are secure, and our democracy is secure. First we change the conversation; then we can start to change the world.

True, but you're still pushing for funding and arming Nazis in Ukraine. 🤷

Would you come on my program to discuss US-China relations and the dangerous escalations successive administrations have fueled? This is the anti-war question that everyone in the political class gets wrong.

Interesting words, Senator. So now we understand why the judiciary doesn’t want to be televised. It takes an old man’s slip of the tongue to thoroughly reveal Nigeria for what it is. @atiku and @PeterObi I think you should try submitting another petition to televise the tribunal. Something tells me this will make it go through this time. @channelstv @ARISEtv @OrderPaper @POTUS @SecBlinken @SecFudge

Wrong! No phrase has been used more manipulatively than "free." Free lunch. Free cheese in a mousetrap. Free education. Free healthcare. TANSTAAFL.

The security word is also being attached to health, food and climate with equally chilling results.

We have been conditioned to live in a state of perpetual fear rather than one made predominantly of hope, and it is debilitating us. 🇺🇸
