It's a lot more convoluted it does not embrace automation and the cost of implementation is far higher than Ubi... Jobs guarantee will not work and is less than a Band-Aid!

Politicians/media who think that people should stay poor n dependent on govt. When u give people steady anything, it's hard to break away from that. I have a great deal of compassion 4 the poor and homeless. Giving people support,skills etc is more sustainable than just a check.

The debt ceiling should be called the Death Ceiling as in how many poor working-class folks our country's leaders and big fat cat donors allow to die unnecessarily while we enrich the oligarchs & military-industrial complex.
