McCarthy’s GOP continues its war on the poor, bolstering food insecurity, protecting tax loopholes for the very rich, and bolstering a corrupt and overbloated defense establishment.
The Republicans holding the entire world economy hostage unless they get what they want has been an outrageous display of extremist politics.

At least they are honest about their moral bk&& greed. The dem party will soon shift from doing nothing while in office to pretend resist after they are voted back out. I couldn’t help but notice it’s fund raising time, the only time they bother to mention M4All.

Your party has waged that same war on the working class for years.

The war was waged in 1913, when Wilson decided that income tax applied to wage taxes, something only the bankers wanted. The people never wanted a wage tax. We don't care about the rest of the nonsense you mention.

And Joe both mentally diminished and not capable of putting up a fight. What a sad moment for this country.

Democrats are obviously fine with this arrangement, or they'd have raised the debt ceiling when they had congressional control, as Yellen warned.

I understand that in politics it's necessary to compromise most of the time but in several polls that I've seen, a majority does not support the GOP's demands for this deal. Even a good chunk of GOP voters don't support them. The GOP seems to only be serving their large donors.

Dems have had more than enough time to come together to work things out. You have to work things out.
