This should outrage any good person. Today the Supreme Court ruled that the Clean ***WATER*** Act does not apply to a large percentage of ***WETLANDS.*** Even Brett Kavanaugh dissented, saying the majority had “rewritten the Clean Water Act”. (1/4)🧵
