Here's a thought: (1) Do not kill/shoot/choke/body-slam someone over a $20 bill, hamburger or traffic violation; (2) Do catch/prosecute actual criminals who destroy/steal 100's-1,000's of dollars' worth property/items. Can we get the BASICS right? Fairly straightforward, no?
