I’m in England now, where my daughter just gave birth to her first child. There is no way to describe how different the air feels in a hospital where no one is worried about how they’re going to pay the bill.

Mariann I would say this is an important point. We neither have a social system or a free market system. We have the worst parts of both. I would consider plans for either way to get out of the current system even though free markets are better it may be so broken there is no turning back. Much like student loans the government as wrecked it.
