I’m in England now, where my daughter just gave birth to her first child. There is no way to describe how different the air feels in a hospital where no one is worried about how they’re going to pay the bill.

And so who will pay the bill, darling? And as you know, your debt ceiling is so high and keeps getting shifted north. America is the world's most indebted nation right now.

Congratulations! You do know that childbirth is free in the USA, as Medicaid is relatively easy to acquire. Also there are many programs that assist in helping disadvantaged mothers with all sorts of things. In the USA, the food pantries get way more than just food also.

Also in the USA, you don’t have to pay any bills. Yeah you might mess up your credit score, but many people don’t care about credit either as it is fixable in a few years. You cannot go to jail for unpaid medical bills. By law, you cannot go to jail for not paying civil debts.
