I’m in England now, where my daughter just gave birth to her first child. There is no way to describe how different the air feels in a hospital where no one is worried about how they’re going to pay the bill.

If you are worried about how to pay a bill to have a child, don’t have a child. It is selfish to irresponsibly bring a child into this world when you can’t afford one. Condoms are cheaper. ✌🏼

All developed countries have universal healthcare. Except the US. I guess it’s not a developed country.

Many congratulations! Just to emphasise: it speaks volumes about the US system that even when our NHS is stretched to breaking point following 13 years of systematic assault by Tory governments, Americans still think it's wonderful.
