I’m in England now, where my daughter just gave birth to her first child. There is no way to describe how different the air feels in a hospital where no one is worried about how they’re going to pay the bill.

In America, Medicaid reward bad behaviors, private ins take hit subsidize for the cost induce by Medicaid cost. Same as new Biden mortgage rule penalize good scores to subsidize bad scores. Btw why people w money want to have procedure done in USA?
