Proof? In the USA you don’t have to pay bills. You cannot go to jail for unpaid medical bills. By law, you cannot go to jail for not paying civil debts. Medicare & Medicaid are easy to acquire. Also many free programs. No one is turned down at emergency rooms, not even homeless

This is True! ... besides the Insurance Premiums that we pay for our unique system of "Sickness-care" ... there are Co-Pays ... Deductibles ... Prescriptions to purchase ... and ... Limits of Coverage ... after which we are NOT covered ... inviting ... MEDICAL DEBT!
