Universal healthcare, free public university and tech school tuition, free childcare, paid family leave, guaranteed sick pay and a living wage - all are moderate positions in every other advanced democracy. They are the core of fundamental economic reform.

That’s all well and good my dearest Marianne but who will pay for it? That’s theoretically what we pay taxes for yet it will not be of good quality. It’s a federal spending issue that is too corrupt to fix, too many powerful hands in the pot. Raising taxes is never the answer.

Those things are true. However, no one takes you seriously as a candidate. Do you have a plan to change any of these things? A real plan, including how it would be paid for?
