Paid family leave in the richest country in the world shouldn’t be some fantasy, it should be a reality. I’ve been saying it for 30 years.

Paid family leave et al. is possible in any country, not just the richest. Any country that is the monopoly issuer of the currency can provision anything for its citizens if it chose to. Ours does not. Once you fully understand this your campaign will catch fire.

Crazy. I was a teen and had bangs like those audience members back then, and now I am a parent and it’s the same bs, different day. Sad how little this country cares for women and children.

How do you pay for it? 50% of citizens pay zero taxes. Top 1% pay 40% of federal taxes. #Socialism

Monaco doesn't have family leave?

paying family leave for up to 3 years suggests that the position also be retained for the same period. recruiting, hiring, training and turnover costs $$$. a business should not incur costs for employees who choose to have a family. personal choice, personal responsibility.

Yet you didn't run for office at any level: dog catch, PTA, town council, state rep, nothing - but now you wanna be President of the United States - with absolutely know practical experience in government nor legislating. Your positions on issues r great. Your experience ain't.

When “they say” @marwilliamson is not serious - ask yourself why - then look at her advocacy for changing the corrupt system that has been ongoing for in excess of 3 decades & consider who benefits from smearing her record - especially on caring for our children. #marianne2024
