#1 NICS. #2 Even RKBA types have been asking for this. #3 Not unless you raise the Voting and Selective Service age too. #4 No. That invokes an utterly arbitrary definition. Are LGBTQIA+ outside of "mental health" parameters? They are in some States. 1/2

This would be one of the best thing we could do in this country. We need an assault rifle band and bump stock ban to. When Clinton banned assault weapons mass shootings went down until Bush reversed it. We have about 2 mass shootings a day, WE NEED THIS!!!

Allowing police to take guns endangers our Blue. Now we are treading on 4th Amendment rights. To take without a warrant? Ever heard "You can take it from my cold, dead hands." I know people who take that to heart. May want to re-strategize this one.

So the state is the arbiter of who is a danger to themselves/others? and you’re okay w giving them that power?

Any state can vote on these regulations if they want to. The federal government should stay out of it. That's democracy. Right?

I’m curious…have you ever actually read that thing called “the Constitution”? Ever watch the news? Other than better enforcement of existing laws, each of these is unconstitutional, utterly ineffective, or both.

It's just so silly that one side is proposing "Common sense gun laws" and then a small group of people are like nahhhh I disagree with "common sense gun laws", then we're back to the same garbage

Mental health is huge but it does not cover ideology. You may be a radicalized BLM member, Neo-nazi, suffer from TDS, or any other sociopathic derangement. As a war veteran, with mild PTSD, I would fall into mental disorders that would prevent me from purchasing a weapon.
