First two, great. Background checks and laws already exist. But how do you keep guns out of criminals hands? I live near Memphis and your average Joe gun owners haven't killed 150+ people since January 1.

Agree with some of it, but mental health checks and Red Flag laws are open to manipulation and abuse, also 30 day waiting period could be fatal for someone who is dealing with an immediate threat

2/2 In other States simply wanting a gun at all is proof of mental instability. #5 "Red Flag" laws, as proposed, convict people without a trial, & are ripe for abuse. #6 A 30 day waiting period does nothing. How many crime guns were legally purchased less than 30 days prior?
