I am not in favor of giving the police ANY additional authority whatsoever. ACAB! Have a procedure when it is appropriate to remove weapons but not cops!

Now explain to those polled the underlying ramifications to their constitutional rights. Looks good on paper but does nothing to address the actual problem. Explain how red flag laws violate due process and then see the poll answers...

I could get behind all except mental health checks. Who is doing them, and is being conservative or liberal considered a mental illness to them? And raising the age to 21 unless we raise the voting age to 21 as well. Fuck it. Consent too haha

Disagree on all except for the 1st. How do you check someone’s mental health? Just because you’re seeing a therapist doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a gun
