FDR locked Japanese Americans in interment camps. He also listened to the advice of KKK member Anslinger and made marijuana illegal under racist pretenses. So who’s to say what FDR’s “economic bill of rights” would’ve entailed? It probably would’ve furthered the wealth of racists
