Our system is broken & until we demand it is fixed, we are not apt to see our gov. force Norfolk Southern to take the complete & immediate steps it needs to fully address this. They don't deserve to be off the hook. How can we force action? How can we help if they do nothing?

Responding agencies are insufficiently organized &/or funded to properly manage this & do all needed to protect the people of E. Palestine & surrounding communities. How can we get residents the help they need & deserve right now if the gov. & Norfolk Southern won't do enough?
