One of the most powerful things we can do to end the scourge of a mental health crisis is to end poverty. It's impossible to overestimate the role that chronic economic despair plays in pushing people into a state of crisis.

Systems > goals It鈥檚 fine and good to have a goal to end poverty, but having a goal doesn鈥檛 do anything. The question is, what is the best system to reduce poverty with measurable results?

Do you support a universal living income? A job guarantee? A transformational Green New Deal for health and jobs and environmental responsibility? Do you support an end to most of the deadly petrochemical industry, and corporations that control jobs and political decision making?
