Also why the paltry $7.25 minimum Wade hasn’t risen for 13 years. It keeps people poor, which also puts parents in the position of asking their kids to work to make ends meet and them they are horribly exploited. Also, it’s important to note that many of the kids are immigrants, which puts them in a hostage situation of not being able to report.
