Yes. And as MANY leaders of our past and present have shared saying "poverty is a CREATED condition" . Implementing FDRS SECOND Bill of Rights with COMPLIANCE Officers for every 20 ADULTS would MINIMIZE poverty making it a CHOICE rather than an IMPOSED condition . @AndrewYang
