To be clear: The “anti-science” candidate is one who would increase oil drilling and approve the Willow Project, given that the majority of scientists of the world are urging us to ramp down fossil fuel extraction immediately. The “pro-science” candidate one who would cancel the Willow project on her first day in office. The “anti-medicine” candidate is one who will not support a public option, and says he’d refuse to sign a Medicare For All bill. The “pro-medicine” candidate is someone who stands for universal healthcare. Smears do not change the truth; they just obscure it. But only for so long.

Blocking supply is irrelevant: it doesn't reduce oil demand one bit. All it does is move the pollution somewhere else. Usually somewhere poorer and browner. The REAL work, is destroying demand by building: bike lanes, transmission, EVs, etc. which this Admin is laser focused on.

REMINDER: Blocking supply just moves the pollution somewhere else. California is phasing out fracking; so Ecuador is doubling their output. The REAL work is to destroy DEMAND for fossils by building: bike lanes, transmission, EVs, solar & wind, etc..
REVEALED🚨 ‘Oil spill sprays crude into Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest’ That’s according to Indigenous activists, who shared footage of oil spraying from a ruptured pipeline.

Destroying demand looks like: - building transmission to bring renewables to markets to displace coal and gas. - rapidly building solar and wind - bike infrastructure to eliminate car trips - EVs to make the remaining car trip emission-free and so on. The REAL work is building.

What are your proposed COVID policies? Will you support vaccine equity by demanding that Novavax be made available since it's the only one with any lasting protection? People with Long Covid desperately need treatment, support, and hope.

Provide me science-based plans that accomplishes both. Platitudes without a plan are lies. #Science #USPolitics #CdnPoli

To be clear: Anyone who has a problem with Black voters having the right to vote doesn't need to worry about any of this. Ask Bernie how far he got erasing Black voters. Please explain how you will get the 60 votes for universal health care.

Not defending Biden here but science doesn't mean that just because you have a majority that you're right.
