I hope your Whole Health Plan will include support for harm reduction programs for those who struggle with addiction, and provide widespread access to fentanyl test strips so people can test for fentanyl in their drugs. It's turning up everywhere, including in marijuana.

What about LGBT people with current records from the since-repealed Don’t Ask Don’t Tell law that has many of them labeled as felons and destroyed their lives for serving their country and being gay? Their records should be expunged also.
