Read the court documents filed to date. It's quite clear what they said & did that appears to conflict w/what they knew. Fox would be crazy not to settle, though I'd love to see where the new legal defamation lines would be drawn if this went to trial & on up to SCOTUS.

It will be settled out of court, because if there is a discovery phase the entire world will know the election was, in fact, stolen.
