Over the last 48 years there has been a $50T transfer of wealth from the bottom 90% to the top 1%. This has not been merely a transfer of wealth. It has been a transfer of hope, of opportunity, and in many cases even the possibility of a better life. A corrupt alliance of corporate and government power has hijacked our government, destroyed our middle class, eroded our democracy and is robbing us of a livable future. We don’t need to “improve” that system. We need to repudiate it. “You can have large amounts of money concentrated in the hands of a very few, or you can have democracy. You cannot have both.” - Louis Brandeis We need to cut the cord that ties us to an aberrational era of American history. We need a revolution at the ballot box. Marianne2024.com

I believe crazy people have to use the word “refudiate.”

We do need to “repudiate” the so called “free enterprise system,” many of us aren’t afforded the time to wait for an undoing of 5+ decades of corporate and political malfeasance. “Ill fares the land, to hastening ills a prey, Where wealth accumulates, and men decay:”

We need a revolution at the ballot box in various states, yes, because of the very fact that Republicans have shown their true face - the face of FASCISM in a suit. However, I'll ask directly: Why do you let out your anger on your allies who are helping you to get nominated?

For better or worse, the American public don't vote on a platform. They vote on a person. Obama was a cool, inspiring character with enormous charisma. Clinton played the sax and did regular guy stuff like go jogging. You could "have a beer" with Bush Jr and Trump was "funny".

This is because we live in a fascist corporatocrasy. What are you going to do about that? If you have good answers you will have my vote.
