These days... "Qualified" may mean access to campaign funds that do NOT come from the voting majority. The Catch? Making sure they aren't secretly beholden to the wealthy donors their campaign money does come from.

As a basic, I would like my President to have a college education , not be a dropout . Additionally before running for the highest office in the land , some political experience is essential. Having ideas and implementing them politically are 2 different things . #notqualified
