One-third of American workers live on less than $15 an hour. This is the economic reality a political elite seeks to obscure, so they can get away with not raising the minimum wage, not providing universal health care, and not guaranteeing a livable wage. The more we face the actual reality, the greater the chance that enough of us will rise up and do what it takes to change it.

"Absolutely true. It's time to face the reality that so many hardworking Americans are struggling to make ends meet on less than $15 an hour. The minimum wage should be a living wage, and healthcare should be a human right. #LivingWage #HealthcareForAll #EconomicJustice

Stop talking g about wages, they are notthe problem. Take a day, and look at the TAXES you pay. Income, sales, gas, taxes on your car, utilities etc. Over half your income goes to he government

You should be fighting the Dems for not fixing this. They owned the govt and could have fixed the min wage. Why are you joining them?

Leftists never mention eliminating the income tax. If you really want workers to have more money stop stealing from them every single paycheck

Raise the floor. Not just the minimum wage.

There’s an exploitative agency taking 40% of my money too. It’s called the IRS. Please send help.

Marianne - did you speak up when our country and especially our state of California was locked down and lots of lower income earners lost their jobs and livelihood? Which also caused a big domino effect to poorer countries that suffered tremendously?
