One-third of American workers live on less than $15 an hour. This is the economic reality a political elite seeks to obscure, so they can get away with not raising the minimum wage, not providing universal health care, and not guaranteeing a livable wage. The more we face the actual reality, the greater the chance that enough of us will rise up and do what it takes to change it.
Filipino caregivers in LA live in shocking poverty. Exploited by agencies who take 40% of their pay, they make less than minimum wage. By ⁦@LATstevelopezlatimes.com/california/story…

What should be the FIRST priority to address this economic reality? (Both may be ideal, but let's focus on the first step.)

#VictorHugo famously quipped: "There is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come." Citizens of both parties (red/blue) feel deeply disappointed and disenfranchised with their leaders. Now is the time of change. Now is the time to #flashmob democracy. #VoteGreen youtube.com/gJzUGbafTms

We want universal healthcare that includes services we want, like chiropractic, dental, vision, hearing, midwifery, herbs & vitamins, acupuncture, massage, and no mandates.

As a bare minimum, you should match the Mexican law: minimum wage grows each year above inflation. That's by law, it's not let's decide when or let's stop it, or raise it below inflation.

If this country would go back to free market capitalism then wages would be higher if there was a demand for workers …and lower if there wasn’t …every person that has a basic understanding of economics knows minimum wages keep wages artificially low..

Joe Biden was AGAINST Abortion Rights before, but now he SAYS he supports it Does Marianne Williamson REALLY BACK M4ALL? Or does she back M4ALL the same way Biden "backs" abortion rights? Politicians and Grifters change public stances all the time to seem more appealing but when it's time to put it into action, they DRAG their feet LIKE BIDEN DRAGS HIS FEET ON ABORTION RIGHTS (because he's really NOT Pro-Choice) @marwilliamson @kylekul @briebriejoy @krystalball @vanguard_pod #RecruitedByPMCS #DontDonateToMarianneWilliamson
