Her attempt to make him look unqualified really conveyed how unserious *she* is. Less serious than the comedian! This is cloistered thinking at its finest (or is it "worst"?). I don't know if she just didn't bother to prepare, thought she could embarrass him, or what. But wow.

"We need a pathway to get there", is code for 'this is standard operating procedure.'

How about the Space-X program? That is probably beyond Gazillions of dollars, and only the war, etc. budget is mentioned.
