So, in other words you support foreigners taking American jobs and depressing wages.

You can’t talk about immigration without addressing the constant US military intervention that causes this crisis. It’s happening right now in Ukraine, Haiti, Syria, Peru and many other places. You’re trying to stay neutral-ish with the MIC but the issues are inextricably linked

One of the cornerstones of our criminal justice system is the belief in rehabilitation and redemption. That people can change and outgrow their past mistakes. That they can earn, and deserve, a second chance to live fulfilling lives with their families and communities. It is one of the rare bipartisan issues that people from all sides of the political spectrum can agree upon. mailchi.mp/arnoldventures/m8…

Love your immigration policy, can you stand strong on a matching policy for housing? We are paying way more, and the MSM is not connecting the dots for us. People equate immigration with homeless refugees, and that’s not what is happening.

Sorry, while I recognize that USA is historically ‘A Nation of Immigrants,’ consistent with JFK’s tome on the subject of aspiring immigrants who passed through Ellis Island and including those like my great-grandparents escaping persecution, the USA is also ‘A Nation of Former Slaves’ or DOS, and the result of the national dysfunction of centuries of cheap labor schemes (including slavery) which are irreconcilable with the free labor system advocated by Republican TR, and Democrats FDR/JFK. Therefore, we must have an immigration system which allows a limited number of character/skill deserving immigrants but also respects the American free labor system, and most importantly is complimented by a system of education which provides ALL American citizens FIRST in World education/workforce training allowing then deserving immigrants and those fleeing persecution to compliment our upwardly mobile society. An immigration system must first respect the American people and their values as its prerequisite.
