A corporation has an ethical responsibility to all stakeholders, not just a fiduciary responsibility to stockholders.

If corporations subscribe to the economic model of strictly pursuing profit, they will run roughshod over anything in their way which includes people. They should have to follow a minimal ethics code built into law
