To cultivate health, we must shift our focus to preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices, educate individuals on nutrition and exercise, and provide accessible resources for mental health. It's time to prioritize wellness and build a healthcare system that promotes healthy living and not a factory of customers for BIG pharma to profit from.
