The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change now says Earth will likely cross the threshold beyond which it can’t avoid catastrophic climate change within the next 10 yrs unless we rapidly stop burning fossil fuels. We need an emergency level mobilization for a just transition from a dirty economy to a clean economy. This is not the time to ramp up fossil fuel extraction with more oil drilling like the Willow Project; it’s time to ramp it down.

How many times has it changed now?

I can’t believe that woman who has written such wise and inspiring books can jump into climate change hoax and make it her policy. Climate is changing all the time and we can’t influence it much. Of course less fossil fuels is good for nature. Clean energy is locked in safe.

10 years. Al Gore predicted the *same thing* in 2006. Did IPCC agree with him? if so, why should we believe them this time? If not, why didn't they correct his hysterical assertion of a "planetary emergency" that never developed? Surely *this time* they really mean it.

IPCC is not an organizations that can be trusted as they released false information about climate data.

How would u get the GOP to stop claiming that it’s ungodly to do anything to protect the planet cuz God has a plan or that it’s a made up thing cuz Americans worship oil/gas execs they r fully programmed in rural areas especially those areas hit hardest by climate change

The US isn't the only actor in this tragedy, and your platitudes won't avoid whatever else is coming (in addition to what is here already) without a worldwide effort. Funny how you fail to mention emergency level diplomacy.
